brilliant and wonderful
Creator's GIFT
Believe that you are
POWERFUL

Be KIND to yourself in all ways
for you have the ability to CREATE
Be kind to others
see the perfection of God in their
EYES

Take care of your body
Dear One
Every part
of you so
PRECIOUS

Breathe deep
into your belly often
for fresh air
feeds your every
CELL

Hold true to
your heart,
listen to its calling

WISDOM

Be thankful each and
